COVID-19 Response Update
In the wake of COVID-19, many companies have had to shut down temporarily. AR North America has been able to keep our shipping doors open and we are still sending out parts and taking your calls. Our shipping department and our whole company are practicing social distancing and the customer service and sales teams are working from home to do everything we can to help keep you up and running and help slow the spread of this devastating virus.
AR is considered an Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce based on the guidance issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on March 19th. We are working to maintain this status in the event of further shutdowns, and we are doing what we can to address safety concerns and the possibility of logistics problems caused by the pandemic.
Our goals are simple:
