Tri-Plex Plunger Pumps

These 3-piston volumetric pumps are versatile and suitable for use in both cleaning units and industrial systems. They can be coupled directly to various types of motors or attached with a flexible joint. The pump body and cover are constructed of sturdy die-cast aluminum alloy, and the side cover can be either blind or incorporate an oil sight glass. The rear cover features an oil drain outlet. The pistons are driven by a crank-connecting rod, while the pump shaft is pressed from high-strength steel and equipped with oversized friction bearings. The connecting rods are crafted from a special low-friction zinc-aluminum alloy, and the one-piece ceramic pistons are highly efficient and reliable. The pump head is made from pressed brass, with a double gasket sealing system. The intake and delivery valves feature plugs for easy maintenance.
