Description
The AR45-SW is a low-pressure, semi-hydraulic three-diaphragm pump developed for soft wash and chemical application systems. Delivering up to 11.4 GPM and 290 PSI, the AR45-SW provides smooth operation while eliminating the need for a pulsation dampener through its three-cylinder diaphragm design.
Designed for use with many of the chemicals commonly utilized in soft wash applications, the AR45-SW features glass-filled polypropylene manifolds and heads, Kynar® and 316 stainless steel valves, Viton® gaskets, and AR's durable BlueFlex® diaphragms for extended service life.
The pump is supplied with the heavy-duty AR31185 gearbox and AR43821 control unit. The gearbox utilizes a 3/4" hollow shaft design for direct mounting to compatible gas engines, providing a compact and reliable installation.
Ideal applications include roof cleaning, house washing, building restoration, agricultural spraying, disinfectant application, and other low-pressure chemical transfer and spray systems.
