Tri-Plex Plunger Pumps

These 3-piston volumetric pumps are suitable for use in both cleaning units and industrial systems and can be easily coupled directly to various types of motors or attached with a flexible joint. The pump body and cover are made of durable die-cast aluminum alloy, with a rear cover that either incorporates an oil sight glass or features an oil drain outlet. The pistons are driven by a crank-connecting rod, while the pump shaft is pressed from high-strength steel, with oversized friction bearings and connecting rods crafted from a special low-friction zinc-aluminum alloy. Alternatively, bronze connecting rods are available for specific applications. The one-piece ceramic pistons are highly efficient and reliable. The pump head is forged from brass, with a double gasket sealing system, and its internal components may be made of different materials depending on the application. Additionally, various regulator valves and accessories can be connected to the pump head, while the intake and delivery valves feature plugs for easy maintenance.
