JR Series - 414
This positive displacement pump utilizes three pistons and is suitable for washing units and industrial plants. It can be directly coupled to Nema 56-C motors. The pump body is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, and the side cover can either be closed or have an oil level indicator upon request. The pistons are driven by a crank-connecting rod mechanism. The pump shaft is made of high-strength steel, and the bearings are oversized for durability. The connecting rods are made of a special zinc alloy-aluminum diecast with anti-friction properties. The pistons are made of stainless steel and coated with ceramics. The pump head is made of stamped brass and features a double seal sealing system. The intake and delivery valves have plugs to facilitate maintenance. The pump head also includes a control valve with a detergent injector.
