The 48-51 W1 Superex clamp is engineered for heavy-duty applications requiring high band tension, making it perfect for sealing suction and pressure lines. Its smooth underside and rolled-up band edges protect hoses from wear and reduce the risk of leaks. A uniquely designed bridge offers additional hose protection, while three welding points provide extra security, especially for larger sizes. The hollow rollers ensure uniform torque distribution, preventing any damage to the band. This clamp is designed for hoses with an outer diameter between 1 7/8” and 2”, with a band width of 4/5” and a thickness of 2/50”.
