The Annovi Reverberi (AR) Group announces the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Alberti International Srl

Alberti International Srl has been in the professional hot pressure washer industry since 1977. The company, which ended 2023 with a revenue of 6.5 million euros, is located in Motteggiana (MN, Italy), operates a 3,700 square meter production facility and employs 35 people. Ninety percent of its revenue comes from international clients.

The acquisition is seen as a strategic move by the Annovi Reverberi Group to continuously enhance its Professional Cleaning range. This acquisition will serve as the foundation for future developments in the Hot-Water High-Pressure Products range by leveraging production, technical, brand, and product portfolio synergies within the AR markets Group.

Reflecting the made-in-Italy quality proposition, reliability, service, customization, and sustainability will continue to be the distinctive traits of Annovi Reverberi and Alberti International, both historic companies well-recognized in the professional cleaning sector.

Annovi Reverberi was assisted by Pier Giovanni Ascari & Soci as financial advisor, with partner Stefano Alberti, and by LS Lexjus Sinacta, with partner Laura Cavazzuti, for legal aspects. Alberti International was assisted by Dr. Mauro Bacchi of the studio of the same name.
